Will the promotional products industry follow other major industries with mergers and acquisitions? Last year Bic gobbled up Atchison and Adco among others has been merged into conglomerates that have distributor arms. Does this concern you?
I think it has already started. Look at Lanco being gobbled up by the big outfit from Alabama. Eventually there will be nobody left but the big guys.
This has already happened, just looked at Ebsco owning a bunch of formerly independent suppliers while owning a distributorship.
