Bullet Line abruptly stopped offering embroidery on all of their caps.  As a result a lot of what was written below no longer applies.  There really is no better summer gift than a promotional cap or custom hat.  People ask us all the time what the major differences are an   d we will tell you it is pretty simple.  There are no differences!  Some parts of the country call them one thing while others call them another.  The term promotional cap seems to have gained prominence in the last few years.

There are probably five hundred different cap models available in the corporate apparel space today.  Make that about three hundred and fifty now that Bullet is giving up on producing hats.  There are still dozens of promotional hat manufacturers out there though for you to choose from including companies like Sanmar.  What has begun to change in the last few years is the fact that embroidery is often being included as part of the package.  The Unconstructed Lightweight Polyester Cap which is being offered by Bullet Line has the racing stripe in the front and is embroidered in up to 8500 stitches in a couple of locations.  Bullet is not yet offering side or bill printing but that is sure to come soon.  With less material the Brushed Cotton Visor with Sandwich Bill is a lighter weight alternative.  Promotional Visors are very popular with the golf crowd and are used for collegiate promotions as well.  They are significantly less expensive in general because they have less material costs associated with them.

In general caps appeal to both males and females and almost all of the modern promotional hats are totally adjustable which means they will fit any sized head from childrens to giants.  Almost all are now washable and with the wide availability of colors you should surely be able to find a logo hat for your next event.
